    • 1). Exit all programs. Click "Start" and open the "Control Panel." Double-click "Uninstall a Program" or "Add/Remove Programs," depending on your operating system.

    • 2). Locate and uninstall the Shockwave Player. Follow the on-screen prompts to finish the process.

    • 3). Download and install the Flash Player removal tool (see Resources). Open the software and follow the on-screen prompts to complete the removal. Reboot your system.

    • 4). Download and reinstall the Flash Player and Shockwave Player (see Resources).
