1). Drive to the shopping mall located in the high end retail district in Nob Hill. Enter the "Let's Pretend" clothing store. Approach the shopping cart icon and purchase the trench coat.
2). Enter your wardrobe icon and select "remove all clothing." Select and wear only the trench coat.
3). Press the "down arrow" on your game controller twice to begin the flashing diversion. Approach as many individuals as you can within the allotted time frame, and press "right trigger" to flash. There are eight levels to clear to complete the entire diversion. You earn additional respect for each citizen flashed, and a bonus respect upgrade for each level cleared.
4). Track your progress using the "Info," "Diversions," "Mini games," and "Flashing" sections from the main menu.
