Given that scenario, you really don't need to follow any diet or exercise plan at all since you can make your own.

  • Tailoring your eating habits to supply your body with at least the minimum required amount of calories.
    The minimum amount of calories required for the body to function regularly is 1200 calories.
  • Eating regular meals and snacks.
    Small meals are recommended, so you can eat six small meals a day instead of three large ones.
  • Avoiding high calorie foods without any nutritional values at all such as junk foods and fast food meals.
  • Exercising regularly to burn off those excess calories that your body no longer needs to function.
    (Thirty minutes of physical activity such as walking, jogging, cycling, swimming or dancing can help burn enough calories to shed off several pounds within a month's time.
