- 1). Click the “Start” button, then click on the “Search” icon.
- 2). Type “Windows Update” icon into the Search bar, then click on the “Windows Update” icon to launch the software.
- 3). Click on the “Check for updates” icon on the left side of the screen.
- 4). Right-click on “Java Update” from the list of updates available, then click the “Install Update” icon.
- 5). Wait for the update to install on your system, then re-launch your InstallShield software. The InstallShield software will install your software without the error.
