Importance of Employee Forgiveness and Hiring The Best Qualified Person
As an employer, you sometimes interview job candidates for positions in the company that have college degrees. Some of the job candidates, although they do have either a Bachelors, Masters degree or PhD, do not have enough experience to satisfy all the job duties for that particular position. Then, you'll potentially interview someone who does not have a college degree, but has more than enough experience to carry out all the job duties associated for the position your hiring for. Only thing is, they don't have a college degree and they may potentially have something on their public character profile "background" that may potentially distort your judgment in hiring them for the job. Most likely, the person who has a blot on their public character profile and has more than enough experience for the position your hiring for is most likely the person who you do not want to give a second chance to. This is where most employers not only mess up in hiring quality talent, but also look down on the job applicant and indirectly judge
them.
Giving someone a chance, despite what's on their public character profiles "criminal background" will help them to potentially get themselves on track in life. In addition, hiring someone who has a less-than-perfect public character profile shows that you are forgiving as an employer. If you're in a position of power in your company and have the ability and leverage to look past someone's background and still hire them, please do so. There are many corporations in America who do not forgive. There are some wealthy people in America who also give people chances and take them back. Those kinds of people are judgment and wrongfully look down on others. They do not understand forgiveness nor and leadership. Despite what that employer does, these have forgiveness in your heart and give someone a chance. Your heart and your spirit will positively benefit from "job candidate-employee background check forgiveness," because GOD Almighty forgives. We are quietly mandated follow in GOD's footsteps of forgiveness, if employers and everyone else desires to be forgiven also, because no one is perfect, not even rich people!
