- 1). Put a church pew under a tree or near a fence in your yard and use it as seating. Put a pillow at the end of the church pew and you can also lie down and have a nap under the sun.
- 2). Put a church pew in your hallway and use it as a seat. Sit down on the church pew when you enter your home and want to take your shoes off, or when you are leaving and want to put your shoes on.
- 3). Use the church pew as a bed headboard. Measure up your bed's width and cut out a section that size from the seat part of a church pew. Use a handsaw to cut the wood.
- 4). Sand the parts where you cut the wood and apply varnish using a brush. Wait one day for the varnish to dry and slide your bed in the gap you have cut.
- 5). Place a church pew by the wall in your bedroom and store your shoes or bags on it.
