Turn Your Weight Loss Excuses Into Reasons to Begin Today
If you have found this article and reading it, its most likely because you have already admitted to yourself that you have a need to lose weight.
It might only be a small amount or maybe a large amount, it doesn't really matter, you just feel that you should be doing something about it.
So why don't we examine some of the excuses that might have been stopping you from starting your journey and turn them into reasons for starting today.
Excuse 1 - You have not started yet because you are too busy, perhaps your work, school, family or extra commitments have kept you too busy and that you have no time to really look after yourself.
Reason 1 - No-one can make time for you except for you.
Over working yourself with weight issues will lead to stress related illnesses, blood pressure/heart problems, development of hernia's and any number of gastronomic/intestinal issues.
If you start losing weight today and take more time for yourself you will have more energy and be better shape to complete the tasks asked of you.
Excuse 2 - Perhaps the simplest reason for many people, you are too lazy to get started, you have lost motivation or drive to begin, perhaps you even feel depressed.
Reason 2 - MOVE IT..

NOW! Lack of motivation or laziness is not an excuse its a symptom of an underlying problem.
Talk to a friend, counsellor or doctor to help resolve any underlying problems.
The longer you remain lazy and unmotivated about life the worse your weight and possible mental issues will become.
Once you start getting into a regular routine of healthy eating and exercise however you will find your life will improve in all areas for the best.
Excuse 3 - Embarrassed about your weight and the way you look or might feel in gym clothes.
Reason 3 - You might feel embarrassed now, but that is OK.
Use those feelings as a motivation to get you going, rather think about how bad I look and feel now, to how great I will feel and look when I can walk around with my head up, looking confident and sexy.
Excuse 4 - You are not really sure if you have a weight problem yet but you have a small love handle beginning or the tummy is sticking out a little more than it used too.
Reason 4 - Weight can creep up on us without us suspecting.
One day you might be a size "small" the next day your closer to a size "large".
At this point you are in the best position to take care of your health as you are not yet suffering from depression/ self-consciousness or any other weight related issues.
All you will most likely need to do is change your meal portion sizes to something slightly smaller, reduce, sugar, salt and fat intact and perhaps start doing a little more exercise.
