There are three things that I want you to do today! First of all, I want you to go through your cupboard and get rid of anything that has sugar or flour as a primary ingredient.
You will be quite surprised that most of your food will be tossed.
OK, I will simply this for now.
No more cookies, chocolate bars, or pop.
Look out for what kind of snacks you have available as well.
I also want you to look at the yogurts you purchase, milk, and bread.
Why? Some food companies sneak sugars in both yogurt and milk.
Seems far fetched as you think they are healthy.
Well they are but just like anything else; it all depends on the source of where it came from and what the ingredients are! In any case the point of this is to make you think about the foods you have available at your house and what you are consuming.
If you have junk available it is natural to reach for it as this is quick and easy.
For your odd cheat day once in a while go out and get it then if you must, otherwise get rid of it completely! You can purchase 'Stevia' at a natural food market to give you that "sweetened" taste without the sugar calories.
Secondly I want you to move more! Most people have a desk job nowadays so this means we are less active as a population.
Being less active and consuming too many calories and sugars results in this wanted weight gain.
If you want to lose that body fat then you need to move more! This means making extra efforts throughout your work day.
Put a reminder on your computer to get out of your desk every 15-30 minutes to walk around your office or work place.
When on the phone use a head set so you can be mobile.
Instead of e-mailing colleagues go to their desk to relay messages.
Now I'm not encouraging you to be less productive at work just want you to incorporate getting out of your desk through out your work day.
Other suggestions would be taking the stairs instead of elevator, park a little farther away or if you take the bus, get off a stop or too early.
Anything you can include helps! Lastly, I want you to start drinking more water.
To find out how much water you need individually, take your body weight and divide it by 2.
Take that number and multiply it by 0.

Might as well make it 4! Our bodies are composed of over 72% water.
Most of the population is walking around dehydrated.

Also it helps curb our hunger.
This ties in with tip number two today as drinking more water will get us to go to the bathroom more.
That's great because it gets you out of your desk! You can throw a pinch of Celtic Sea Salt to retain some of the water so you aren't going every 20 minutes! Start with these three tips today and you will feel better if this is a habit you sustain!
