  The resume objectives for a pharmacy technician resume should consist of an overview of your experience and highlight any achievements. Prospective employers review thousands of resumes and as a pharmacy technician you can communicate your career goals using language that will not only get you in the door, but will get you hired.
  
  

Accurate Information

• Your resume should contain accurate information. This will allow employers access to you. Include your name, address, phone number and email address. • A resume that gets noticed is one that is written following a general format, but is specific to an industry. As a pharmacy technician your audience is the medical field, e.g., pharmacies. Your main focus is to convince the reader that you are worth contacting for an interview. Convey this by writing a clear objective statement. • Research and gather information from multiple pharmacy technician job postings. Write down two to three similarities that you notice. Tailor your resume to include information from your findings. • If you obtained certification in a specific area, highlight this on your resume. You can write certification type and date you received the certification in the “education and training” part of your resume.
