- 1). Download a voter registration application from the Department of State's website. This form is the same one you used when you first registered to vote.
- 2). Print the form and fill it out. As you complete it, be sure to choose "address change" in Box 1 of the form. Complete the rest of the form, then scan the signed form as a document on your computer.
- 3). Email the attached document, with the scanned signature to your local county election commission office. You can find the proper email by going to the Secretary of State's County Elections map. Click on your particular county to get email and land address information for each county.Keep an eye out for a written notice from your election commission office confirming your change.
