How Can You Get Out Of Fat Storage Mode?

All people are always in a balance with their environment, their internal person, and external world.
That balance is called homeostasis.
So the way you get out of fat storage mode is that you change your environment, so it is no longer triggering you to hoard and accumulate fat.
The way you do that is to change a few things, particularly WHEN you eat and WHAT you eat.
That will signal to your body that you don't need to be in fat storage mode anymore and then your fat can be available to be burned as fuel.
What Happens When You Diet To Lose Weight What happens if you go on a diet to lose weight when you're in fat storage mode, is that by calorie restricting, you might actually physiologically pry the fat out of the fat cells but they're primed, as soon as there's food available, to want to gain fat again as quickly as possible.
While in fat storage mode your body basically acts like a hoarder, which means that hormonally, it's going to lock down those fat stores and the hormonal status is going to say, "there is food out available in the environment, go get the food.
" So the problem with losing weight is, you begin to get very plagued by hunger and also your metabolism keeps shutting down more and more.
A lot of the woman that I see, what happens with them, is, they might have been very successful at losing weight a number of times in the past but it's really hard to keep off and when it comes back.
It usually comes back with friends and you're still in the same set up, so you haven't dealt with the problem at all because you can't lose weight, you can only use weight.
You can gain weight and so we thought that the opposite of gain is lose but then, it is impossible to lose weight, it just doesn't work that way.
Before you do anything else, you first need to get out of fat storage mode so that you are not accumulating weight.
Many women try to lose weight while they are still in accumulation mode.
That never, ever works! The first thing that you need to do then is to learn the skills of eating.
Many people are very skilled at dieting, they know how to lose weight.
The problem here is that you can't go on losing weight forever! So when you have lost all the weight, then what? Well what happens is that all that weight comes back, and it usually brings friends! Most women have gone through this process of lose weight, gain weight, lose weight, gain weight.
It simply doesn't work.
There are six skills that you must learn if you want to get out of fat storage mode.
I call them the "six skills of eating.
" They are "when," "what," "where," "who," "why" and "how.
" Once you learn these skills your body will transform from fat storing mode to fat releasing mode.
That's what is going to help you lose weight AND keep it off for a lifetime.
