Fast Ways to Lose Stomach Fat

Most people don't just want to lose stomach fat , they want to get rid of stomach fat.
A fat stomach isn't attractive at all but that also doesn't mean that you have to go on a crazy diet to reduce stomach fat.
You want to lose stomach fat, here's the plan.
Build muscle, do high intensity cardio.
It's very simple actually.
You need to build muscle and do high intensity cardio.
That's how you lose stomach fat.
Well it sounds simple and for some people it is but what if you've ha a hard time.
What can you do? Well we'll break down each aspect of how to lose stomach fat.
Build Muscle I know it sounds easy and I also know that there are some people out there that are asking me how they can build muscle and still lose stomach fat since they both require different goals.
I'm not here to tell you that you can look like a cover model and do both at the same time.
That just won't happen.
What I will tell you is that you can build some lean muscle on a fat loss diet.
You just need to know what to do.
Well step one is alternating your workouts in the gym.
Pick a upper body and a lower body day and get after it.
What I mean is that you need to do full body workout routines to kickstart your metabolism.
This way you can work each area to its maximum potential and not overtain that area.
Step two is to add in at least 15 minute of aerobic work.
This should be done at a moderate intensity and you should feel like you can't do anymore.
Then you'll really be ready to lose stomach fat.
The last step is to add some form of stretching in.
Now I know people will hate me for saying it but stretching is the key to losing stomach fat.
How? Simply because stretching will help your muscles to recover and therefore you will be able to train harder every single day.
Doesn't that seem like it would help? Now we're going to move onto high intensity cardio.
This is the final piece to the puzzle.
I know earlier I mentioned that you need to do 15 minutes of moderate aerobic work and you do but after three to four weeks it will be time to step it up and perform interval training.
Interval training is essential from the perspective that it will burn both sugar and stored bodyfat for a better all around workout.
I'd advise you to start on a non-impact surface such as a precor machine or bike.
Treadmills are vastly over-rated since they place a huge amount of strain on the ankles, knees, hips and low back.
Most people try to do interval work on treadmills only to find that it just bothers them week after week.
Stay away from them.
That's really all that it takes to lose stomach fat.
Just get after it and do it.
