How to Customize My Microsoft Reader Library

    • 1). Open Microsoft Reader. By default, the reader opens to display the library.

    • 2). Click on "Sort" from the menu on the left side of the Reader window. This opens a drop-down menu that offers a list of options for customizing the library. Choose one of the options that follows, and your library will automatically sort to it.

    • 3). Click on "By Title." This sorts the books in alphabetical order by title.

    • 4). Click "By Author." This sorts titles by author, with multiple titles by the same author grouped together.

    • 5). Click "By Last Read." This sorts titles in the order in which they were last opened, with the most recent listed first.

    • 6). Click "By Book Size." This sorts books by size, from smallest to largest.

    • 7). Click "By Date Acquired." This sorts books in the order in which they were downloaded, starting with the most recent download.
