    • Lake Oulujarvi is Finland's fourth-largest lake. It has the largest stretches of water of all Finnish lakes, giving it the appearance of a sea.

    Lake Pielinen

    • Lake Pielinen is in the mideastern part of Finland. It features a diverse landscape as well as a number of islands.

    Lake Paijanne

    • Lake Paijanne is the southernmost of Finland's larger lakes, the country's second largest. As a tourist destination, it offers a museum, along with a 15th century church.
