So you want to burn of that stubborn ugly fat.
No one is exactly fond of looking like a pair.
In our materialistic image driven world having excess fat can lead to lack of self confidence.
We all like to look our best and feel attractive.
So for the purpose of this article we are going to talk about specific tips to help you burn of that stubborn old belly fat.
When you have love handles this fat resides around both sides of the abdomen.
While we want to target this area with specific exercises it is worthwhile for me to suggest at this point that you need to deal with fat as a whole.
No one exercise or diet is going to work overall.
So you need to do both cardio and resistance training.
You need to vary your exercise routines.
Don't just jump on a treadmill for twenty minutes each day till your blue in the face.
Incorporate interval training.
This will vary your routines and intensity helping to increase your metabolic rate and heart beat.
This helps to burn fat.
Then along with this weight and resistance training to double the impact on that stubborn old fat, throw in Pilates to really target that area and you will be well on your way to a leaner body.
I am not a big fan of diets I would prefer for you to learn about food.
You can eat as much food as you want as long as it is the right food.
Plus when you learn how it affects your body -your own education will naturally change your eating habits.
As for supplements they may help initially to get you going and when you see yourself losing weight it can help to motivate you further.
