- 1). Install the software that came with your Logitech Web cam if you have not done so already. This will configure your Web cam to your PC system.
- 2). Check that your PC speakers are turned on and working. Try playing audio files you know to work to see if you can hear audio from your PC speakers.
- 3). Check the program you are using to record or transmit video and audio. The program may have settings to enable the use of your PC speakers or the volume may be set to "low" or "mute."
- 4). Check your audio settings by clicking on the speaker symbol on the lower right-hand side of your screen. Check that your PC speakers are not set to "mute." Click on the "Options" button and select "Recording." This will bring up a list of all of your input devices. Check that your Web cam is listed here and not set to mute.
