For anyone who seeks to better the state and condition of his or her health, it is paramount that such a seeker should pay closer attention to some vital issues which unfortunately so many have overlooked to their peril.
It is in a deliberate bid to foster better health that we wish to use this medium to share some nuggets that will go a long way in improving our health status and virility.
Some of these nuggets are discussed below; 1.
Watch what you eat: one of the things that destroy the human health is attributed to what we consume.
If you are the kind of person that feed your body with lots and lots of fatty foods and junks in the name of fast foods and fries, chances are that what you are feeding your body with will in turn devastate the same body you think you are preserving.
So no matter how tasty, cheap or available some of the aforementioned food compounds are, it is better you watch keenly before making a decision to feed on them.

Ensure you have the daily required volume of fluid: research has shown that more than 60% of the human body tissues contain water.
And due to the magnitude of the various metabolic activities that the various body cells engage in, lots and lots of toxic materials are produced which adequate fluid intake is supposed to dilute and properly excrete them as waste.
So, it is important that you drink an adequate supply of water daily to nourish the cells of your body.

Create time and avenue for exercises: irrespective of how regimented your schedules are, it is healthy that you find time out to get involve in varying degree of exercise no matter how rudimentary they may seem.
It could be as trivial as taking a walk instead of the bus, jogging to the nearest shop in the cool of the evening to get some milk for the family instead of using the car, lifting those little weights of cartoons of milk from the car to the kitchen instead of asking the kids alone to do it and the likes.

Avoid exposing your body to hostile conditions: some hostile weather conditions that some persons ignorantly exposes their body to like direct ultraviolet sun rays and extreme cold have been responsible for a number of health hazards such as skin cancers, pneumonia and other lung related diseases.
To minimize if not to totally eradicate the occurrence of the aforementioned, we should properly cover our skin at varying weather conditions.
5.
Be decisive: the womb that buries opportunities is procrastination.
So, we are encouraging you not to procrastinate the decision you need to make today to give your health a better improvement.
Break the yoke and tell yourself that from today, from now, "I will take drastic steps to improve my health.
An improved health status can mean the difference between life and death.
When some disease attack the body, the ability of the body ho be able to fight back is often times a function of the state of health at the time of attack.
