- 1). Open Internet Explorer and select a proxy (see Resources).
- 2). Choose both a port and proxy address from the list. Right click on your choice and click "Copy."
- 3). Click the "Tools" button in Internet Explorer and then click "Internet Options" from the drop-down menu. Click on the "Connections" tab and then click the "LAN Settings" box.
- 4). Select the "Use a proxy server for your LAN" checkbox in the proxy section.
- 5). Paste the address of the proxy server in the "Address" box and paste the port address in the "Port" box.
- 6). Click "OK" to exit options and then "OK" again to finish.
