The publishers agrees that it has all property right, publishing right and copyrights of its publication on our network and grants Foraminifera the rights under this agreement.
The publisher confirms that the publications do not contain any libelous material and shall not infringe any intellectual property right of a third party.
Where there is a claim of an infringement of the intellectual property right of a third party, the publisher shall bear the losses, claims, damages, liabilities, cost and expenses as a result of such claim.
Intellectual Property Right/ Copyright: All property right, publishing right and copyrights ownership remains the sole property of the publisher. The publisher therefore confirms that they own the entire title, right and interest of any of their report placed on our platform.
Market Report Portal shall not request for exclusive rights to the sales and marketing of any product on its platform. We would not sale and market any product which contains obscene or defamatory content or which infringes any property right.
Sales Price: The purchase price of the report on our platform is the sole right of the publisher.
Royalty/ Sales Commission: Market Report Portal agrees to pay 70% of the total purchase price to the publisher from the sales of the publishers report while Foraminifera would be entitled to the balance of 30%.
Refund Policy: Due to the nature of the product and service we offer, we do not make refund for any purchase once made and confirmed to be in order with the product advertised and paid for.
Payment: All payment and transaction on our platform shall be in U.S dollar {USD}.
