Lose 5 Kilos Eating Fruit

Is it really possible to lose 5 kilos eating fruit? Of course it is.
How many overweight vegetarians do you see? Not many I would say.
Now I am not suggesting you turn vegetarian to lose 5 kilos.
But if you are like me and want to lose 5 kilos as quickly as possible and not make yourself sick in the process then what way is better than to eat healthy for a week.
Make sure you start the day with a good serving of fruit for breakfast.
You might cut up some apples, oranges and maybe some bananas.
I would suggest you eat until you are full and drink plenty of water.
This alone will help you lose 5 kilos if you do nothing else.
But we want quick results.
For lunch I would eat some other type of fruit.
Maybe a mixture of melons and grapes would be nice.
If you are going to lose 5 kilos then you may as well enjoy what you are eating and not get bored with it.
For dinner you might try eating some stone fruits like mangos.
Again I would eat as much as you like and drink plenty of water.
Try and mix it up so you don't get sick of the same fruits.
During the day don't be afraid to snack on some fruit between meals as well.
I actually lost a ton of weight by just eating fruits and most of the time I actually juiced it.
So maybe a nice fruit juice between meals will also help you lose 5 kilos.
Now I wouldn't recommend doing this for more than about a week, but if you do it you will clean out your system and lose 5 kilos very quickly.
Whatever you do though is better than doing nothing.
Try it for a week and see how much better you will feel.
For the long term you will need to incorporate some exercise and I would recommend walking for that.
A 30 minute brisk walk each day is all you need to do.
After you lose 5 kilos you will want to keep it off.
I suggest you look at a program to help you maintain your weight loss and teach you about the fads of dieting.
Find a program that will not only help you lose weight and maintain a healthy weight but also something inexpensive that will teach you to eat properly enjoying all the foods you love.
Once you lose 5 kilos you will get a sense of satisfaction and the encouragement to continue on.
