Fifth: Drink plenty of fluids. Six to eight glasses of water per day should suffice because water keeps the body refreshed and also helps eliminate body wastes. Since weight loss depends on the fluids the body intakes, the body must stay hydrated.

Sixth: Eat fibers. Fibers make a person full sooner and stay in the stomach much longer. Something like a serving of whole grain bread moves fat through the digestive system faster. The grains turn into blood sugar that spike the body's insulin level and make the body more energized.

All in all, do not forget that discipline and focus are the keys to weight loss. Be consistent and determined about what you want and you shall have it.
