How to Create a New Email Address on Charter.net
- 1). Log in to your Charter account at the My Account page. The username and password used to sign in were created when registering for your original Charter account.
- 2). Click on the "Internet Services and Tools" tab at the top of the My Charter Account page.
- 3). Click "Create New Email Address" at the bottom of the account page.
- 4). Enter a new username in the "Username" text field. This username will be the prefix of the new email address. The new email address will be Username@charter.net.
- 5). Enter a password in the "Password" text field for the new email address. Retype the password entered in the "Confirm password" text field and click the "Save" button to create the account.
- 6). Review the information about the new email address created in the Email Account Confirmation page.
