In Madden 11, your hair length is entirely dependent on the face type and the skin tone and weight, you chose for your player. Note you must have a dark skin tone, to have long dreadlock hair, to have hair without dreadlocks, your player must weight at least 245 pounds, have skin tone 4 and use head number 8.
