Install Skype on iOS

Tap the “App Store” icon on your iPhone home screen.

Touch the “Search” tab. Type “Skype” and tap “Search” to show all Skype apps.

Touch “Free” under “Skype for iPhone,” and then tap “Install App.”

Enter your Apple ID password if prompted to do so and tap “OK.”

Touch the “Skype” app on your iPhone home screen when the installation is complete.

Enter your Skype name and password on the main screen.

Install Skype on OS X

Point your Web browser to the Skype downloads page (link in Resources). Click “Get Skype for Mac.”

Double-click on the installer file once the download is complete, and then drag the “Skype” icon into the Applications folder.

Click the “Skype” icon in your Applications folder to launch the program. Enter your Skype login details to sign in.

Making a Call

Open the Skype app on your iPhone and sign in.

Touch the name of the contact using the Mac computer.

Tap “Voice Call” or “Video Call” to initiate the session.
