- 1). Open the PowerPoint presentation in which you want to insert WordArt. Click on a blank slide. Click the "Insert" tab in the Ribbon.
- 2). Click the "WordArt" icon from the Text group. Select a WordArt style.
- 3). Type your text in the WordArt text box that appears on the slide. The text automatically takes on the WordArt style you have selected.
- 4). Resize or move the WordArt to the desired place on the slide by clicking on the box's handles.
- 5). Click outside the text box when you are finished.
