Many restaurants and eateries are now providing alternative to the regular menu that is more nutritious and in keeping with your dietary needs.
Low fat, low sugar, more vegetarian options and without breaking the bank.
Keep a journal.
Keeping a record of your journey during the diet can reveal so much about what your are truly feeling about the diet and food that might surprise you.
You might even discover what your emotional food triggers are or brainstorm an inspiring new way for you to maintain a healthy lifestyle.
Join online communities or create a master group to rely on in times of weaknesses.
This is a great way to find support and others who are in the same situation and experiencing the same things as you.
To be able to share your story will ultimately help someone else in the same situation.
Mentoring others is great to keep you accountable to yourself, gain self-confidence and help others manage their detox journey.
