How to Customize the Default Font on OpenOffice
- 1). Open OpenOffice.org Writer.
- 2). Click "Tools" in the top menu bar, and select "Options..."
- 3). Click the "+" sign to the right of "OpenOffice.org Writer" in the left-hand pane.
- 4). Click "Basic Fonts (Western)" under the header "OpenOffice.org Writer."
- 5). Click the drop-down menus next to "Default," "Heading," "List," "Caption" and "Index," and select the fonts you prefer for each category.
- 6). Uncheck "Current document only."
- 7). Click "OK" to save your selections as the default.
