This means that you hardly need to do any exercise to lose weight with it, and the weight loss can be substantial.
Fat Loss 4 Idiots is known for its simplicity.
You basically need to follow a set menu and that's it.
You get to eat 4 meals each day from various foods, so you don't need to feel hungry or deprived at all.
If you just wish to lose weight, this diet plan is probably your best bet.
