Modes of operation

• Your 3600 series telephone may have an active, standby and push-talk mode. The active mode is when you are in the process of making or receiving a call. The standby mode is when you are waiting to make or receive a call. The push-talk mode is only available on the 3626 phone, and offers the functionality of a walkie-talkie or 2-way radio.
  
  

Making and receiving calls

• To make a call, press "Start Call" and dial the desired number. If you have a phone with multiple lines, press "Line" and the line number that you'd like to make a call on. Wait for a dial tone, enter the desired telephone number.
  
  To answer a call, press "Start Call".
  
  

Softkeys

• Your softkeys provide access to additional features, and are located within your display. The navigation keys below your display gives you access to your softkeys which includes Tran (Transfer), Conf (Conference), Hold, Mute and ReDL (Redial).
