- 1). Click "Start," "All Programs," "Accessories" and "Paint" to launch the Paint program.
- 2). Open the bitmap image you want to convert in Paint.
- 3). Go to the "File" menu and click on "Save As."
- 4). Choose "JPEG" from the list of available file formats. This saves the image as a JPEG file.
