Saga is a Chinese-based company that was established in 1991. It specializes in the manufacturing and export of car audio equipment, including car stereos, car monitors and car audio amplifiers. Saga has more than 400 products that it exports to more than 80 countries throughout the world. Among these products are four-channel car audio amplifiers. Four-channel amps provide four channels of power through which you are given a variety of wiring options, depending on your car audio system. Learn about some of the four-channel amplifiers in the Saga lineup. - The BMW is a Saga amp that you can use to wire four speakers or bridge the amp for more power to two speakers or to two subwoofers. At 4 ohms, the BMW provides 80 watts of power throughout all four channels. If wired at 2 ohms, meaning you need to wire the speakers in a series wiring pattern, the details of which depend on your speakers and how many of them you have, the amp provides 160 watts for four channels.
- The Endeavor provides 400 watts of total power that can be distributed through a number of different wiring and bridging options. At 4 ohms and four channels, the amp provides 100 watts to each of the four channels. At 2 ohms, the amp puts out 150 watts by four channels. If you bridge the amp, meaning you combine the power of the four channels into just two channels, the amp will produce 300 watts of power at 4 ohms. The signal-to-noise ratio on the Endeavor is less than 100 decibels.
- The Power! amp is designed to run mid-range speakers as it can deliver 60 watts of power through four channels when wired at 4 ohms. When wired at 2 ohms, the power increases to 120 watts for four channels. If bridged the amp can provide 120 watts by two channels, which is sufficient for small subwoofers that don't require a large amount of power. The fuse rating for the Power! amp is 25 amperes.
- The Zen provides 100 watts of power through four channels at 4 ohms. At two ohms the power is 200 watts for four channels. If the amp is bridged to two channels the amp puts out 200 watts for two channels. The sizing of the the Zen amp is 9.5 inches wide, 2 inches high and 17 inches long. The fuse rating is 40 amperes and requires two fuses for proper operation.
