The fastest way to develop more lean muscle is to decrease the amount of carbohydrate you eat at each meal, whilst increasing the amount of protein and combining this with exercise to stimulate the muscle growth.
The equation is simple: the more lean muscle you have, the more fat you will burn.
Following these tips, choosing a healthy diet, and taking at least some exercise is the key to firing up your metabolism and instead of wondering why you can't lose weight, turning your body into an efficient fat burner.
