Effective List Building - Writing An Effective Email Campaign
The challenge here is knowing what to say that will inspire your subscribers to see you as an expert and to take action.
You also will find it challenging knowing how much content versus sales material to include in your campaign and knowing how often to do so.
So here is a sequence that you should test out if you are a beginner.
Rather than having to guess and make constant errors, using a system that has worked for many others seems like a good idea.
Your first three emails should be content emails.
They should give your subscribers information about a specific topic in your niche.
The next email should give your subscribers some type of free gift.
A free report or an e-book which solves a specific challenge is ideal.
Your next email should be a sales page of some description that promotes one of your offers.
If you are a beginner, then more than likely you will only have one offer.
Once the sales letter has been sent out you can then start the cycle again with three emails which give great content.
This is a great email campaign and will train your subscriber to be on the lookout for additional content and information from you.
This sequence of events will eliminate your making mistakes in your campaign.
Over time you will become more comfortable with the needs of your subscriber and you should be able to improve on the effectiveness of your campaign.
