- 1). Install Creative MediaSource Organizer from the CD-ROM that came with your Zen Touch. Once installed, allow the program to search for digital music files on your computer. These files are added to the MediaSource library and can be transferred to the Zen Touch.
- 2). Launch Windows Media Player if you are using a Windows based computer. Add music to the Windows Media Player library then connect the Zen Touch. The device will be detected automatically by Windows Media Player. Use the Sync tab of the program to transfer music to your Zen Touch.
- 3). Use Windows Explorer if you are using a Windows based computer and do not want to install Creative MediaSource or use Windows Media Player. Once the Zen Touch is connected to your computer, it appears as a removable drive in Windows Explorer. Music files from your computer can be added to the Zen Touch by dragging these files and dropping them into the music folder on the device.
