    • 1). Zoom out by moving the slider on the screen's lower right corner toward the minus symbol. Zoom out till at least half the page appears on your screen at once.

    • 2). Scroll until the top of the the document appears on the screen.

    • 3). Press your keyboard's Print Screen button.

    • 4). Press the control and "N" keys to open a new document.

    • 5). Click "Page Layout" from the menu bar. Click "Margins" from the "Page Setup" tab, and click "Custom Margins." The "Page Setup" window will open.

    • 6). Type "0" in each of the first four text boxes - in "Top," "Bottom," "Left" and "Right." Click "OK." A warning message will appear. Click "Ignore."

    • 7). Press the control and "V" keys to paste your image. Click on the image to select it.

    • 8). Click "Format" from the menu bar. Click "Crop" from the "Size" tab.

    • 9). Drag each of the image's edges inward until you have selected only the document itself. Exclude such elements that you copied as your taskbar and Word's menus. When you are done, click "Crop" again.

      Right-click on the image. Select "Size and Position." The "Layout" window will open, with the "Size" tab selected.

      Type "100%" under "Height" and "Width."

      Click on the "Text Wrapping" tab. Select "Square." Click "OK."

      Drag the image to your document's top-left corner.

      Switch back to your original document. Scroll down until you can see the page's bottom edge. Press the Print Screen key.

      Switch to the second document. Repeat the earlier steps to paste, crop and resize the image you just copied.

      Drag the second image to the document's lower-right edge.

      Print the document. Ignore any messages about the contents exceeding the document's printable area.
