If it looks like what he or she needs, they'll land the airplane or descend from the hill and come in to find out more.

- Go higher by highlighting your noteworthy and relevant skills and experience.
Build a sturdy structure by choosing ONLY relevant information to connect with the reader. - Finally, "top out" in your summary section by making bold promises about what you and your next boss can do together.
