How to Convert XLS to HTM

1). Click "Start," "All Programs," "Microsoft Office" and select "Microsoft Excel."
2). Click "File," "Open" and select the XLS file to be converted and then click the "Open" button.
3). Click "File," "Save As" to display the options for saving an XLS file.
4). Click the "Save as type" drop-down menu and select "Web Page."
5). Click the "Entire Workbook" to save every spreadsheet in the workbook.
6). Click "Change Title" and the "Enter Text" dialog box is displayed. Type in "XLS to HTM" and click "OK" to display this text in the title bar of the web browser.
7). Click the "Save" button, and the XLS workbook is converted to HTM. Right-click on the saved file and "Open With" a web browser to see the spreadsheet HTM file displayed.
