How to Get Bound Armor on "Elder Scrolls"

1). Create a character with high intelligence. The intelligence stat governs the skill of "Conjuration," which is used to cast the "Bound Armor" spell.
2). Travel to the town of Chorrol and join the Mages guild. Speak to Alberic to train in the art of conjuration. Ask Alberic what he has to sell, and buy some "Bound" spells.
3). Buy the bound spells for the armor you want. Each piece of armor has its own corresponding spell. If you want gauntlets, for example, purchase the spell "Bound Gauntlets."
4). Open your inventory and double-click the relevant scroll to cast the spell. A piece of bound armor will be conjured that replaces whatever your character is currently wearing. The replaced item will be put in your inventory.
