- 1). Place a small ring of silicone sealant around the outlet of your pool's skimmer basket, the inlet of your pool pump, the outlet of your pool pump, and the return inlet to your pool.
- 2). Slide a hose clamp loosely over one end of one of your pool hoses.
- 3). Slide your pool hose over the skimmer basket outlet until it is secure. Tighten the hose clamp over both the end of the hose and the skimmer basket outlet to hold your hose in place.
- 4). Slide another hose clamp loosely over the opposite end of your pool hose.
- 5). Slide your pool hose over the pool pump inlet until it is secure. Tighten the hose clamp over both the end of the hose and the pool pump inlet to hold your hose in place.
- 6). Slide a hose clamp loosely over one end of your remaining pool hose.
- 7). Slide your pool hose over the pool pump outlet until it is secure. Tighten the hose clamp over both the end of the hose and the pool pump outlet to hold your hose in place.
- 8). Slide a hose clamp loosely over the opposite end of your remaining pool hose.
- 9). Slide your pool hose over the pool return inlet until it is secure. Tighten the hose clamp over both the end of the hose and the pool return inlet to hold your hose in place.
