The premise behind The Abs Diet is that muscle is more effective for burning fat and if you can get more muscle you will burn more fat.
It incorporates both diet and exercise so that your body produces muscle which will burn fat faster resulting in quicker weight loss.
The goal of The Abs Diet is twelve pounds in 2 weeks with an emphasis on flattening the stomach.
