How to Set Up the Wacom Brush in Photoshop
- 1). Open the brushes palette.
- 2). Select "Shape Dynamics." You will see a drop-down menu called "Control." Drop the menu down and select "Pen Pressure." This will set it up so that the brush becomes pressure sensitive -- the harder you push with your stylus, the thicker the line will be. If you press lightly the line will be thinner.
- 3). In the brushes palette, select "Other Dynamics." Select "Pen Pressure" from the Control drop-down menu. This will set the opacity of your brush. If you press harder, the line will become darker, and if you press lighter, your brush will be more opaque.
- 4). Select "Color Dynamics" from the brushes palette and select "Pen Pressure" from the Control drop-down menu. This is a really useful control because you can have your brush start as the foreground color and gently fade into the background color.
