- 1). Call Comcast at (800) 266-2278. Input your telephone number when prompted, or push "1" if the system recognizes your phone number and asks if it's correct.
- 2). Push "#" when given the choice of automated menu options. The system will respond with "sorry, we don't understand." Repeat this twice when give the menu options again.
- 3). Choose the department in which you want to speak to a live representative. Push "1" for technical support. Push "2" for billing. Push "3" for sales.
- 4). Wait patiently on hold while the system connects you with a live rep.
