- 1). Right-click on the desktop and select "New," "Briefcase."
- 2). Copy all the files you want to sync into the briefcase.
- 3). Copy the briefcase over to your removable disk.
- 4). Sync the files back up at any time by connecting the removable disk to the PC, right-clicking the briefcase on the removable disk and selecting "Update All."
