In "The Click Five" version of "Super Switch," it's a race against the clock to create matches of three or more identical items. To form these matches, switch two items that are next to each other. If you're too slow, however, you'll start losing all your hard earned points and eventually lose the game itself. A good strategy along with some helpful hints will help you beat the game. - The blue and white star symbols are the easiest to spot on the game, so examine them first for possible matches. Look not only for matches of three, but also longer matches you can make to earn more points. After you've matched all the stars, move on to the pictures of the singers. Each one is a different color, so start with whichever color you find most noticeable, such as lime green or bright red, and find all the matches you can with that color. Then proceed to the next color. Keep following this pattern until you've looked for matches of all types, then start at the beginning again. If you have trouble keeping up with which colors you've already looked for, follow the order they appear in on the side of the game. A picture of each singer is shown with his matching color behind him. While you want to create longer chains to earn more points and beat the level faster, you also want to work quickly to keep from losing points. Sometimes it's better to create a few small chains instead of wasting time looking for one large chain.
- Try to create longer chains for more points. Even a chain of four will earn a nice bonus. To create these chains, look for a large group of similar items. It's easiest when they're all in the same vertical row. If one row is made up of several red items and only two items that aren't red, try to create chains using the items that are not red. After they move out of the way, the red items will fall down to form a long chain.
When you do find a group of the same items, work around them to try and move them closer together. Often you won't create the chain you were trying for, but you'll accidentally create other long chains and earn more points. Create chains near the bottom when you want to move more blocks onto the screen for extra items to work with. - Creating double combos is a bit trickier than creating long chains, but you'll get a nice bonus if you can pull it off. When you're switching items, look for two items you can switch that will form a chain of three or more out of both items. For example, you might switch a red and a green item to create a red chain of three and a green chain of three all in one move. This counts for more than just creating the two small chains. You get a bonus for creating two chains in one move, and the longer the chains the more points you'll get.
