LIFE"s TESTS AND TRIALS: THEIR INNER DEPTHS AND MEANINGS
Have you ever Paused and Pondered and Asked:
€ Why do Bad Things ever happen to Nice People?
€ Why do Good People ever face Sufferings and Hardships and Problems and Temptations?
€ Why is it that Bad People even used to enjoy so many Earthling good things?
€ Why do even God's Faithful Believing Servants face Oppressions, Persecutions, Maltreatments, and all sorts of Life's Problems and Challenges?
€ And Why is it that both good and bad people do often go through a series of Life's Tests and Trials?
Anyhow, God Almighty is in Total Control of Everything and Everyone. He is:
€ Doer of Whatever He Wills €.
From all Indications, God Almighty is Absolutely Impartial and Just. At least, He FREELY Gives His Sun, Water, and Air to reach both good and bad People. He Gives Whatever He Wills to Whomsoever He Wish. He Can Make Laugh and He Can Make Weep. He can Give or Take Sovereignty to, or from whomsoever He Wills. He Can Exalt or Abase Whomsoever He Wills.
So, in one hand, anyone whether he or she is good or bad, can normally face or undergo a problem or the other. On the other hand, whatever a person sows in this Life is exactly what he or she is definitely going to reap. No one ever can do bad and in return except good. And no one ever can do good and in return except bad. But come what may, the hardships or the problems of Good People is not, and can never in any way at all, be like those of the Bad People.
In short, God Almighty Does not, and Can Never Give To Any Person Whatever He [ God ] and the Person Can Never Handle. Yes, God Does Not, and Can Never ever Burden Any Soul More Than it Can Bear.
And please know that the Life of this Material World is Temporary. It is Unreliable. It is Very Short. It is only Once. And in fact, everything and whatever you have or face in this particular Earthling Life is a TEST; and or a COMFORT for just a while.
That one is a Faithful Believing Servant of God, or say a God's-By-Stander, does not exempt him or her from facing Life's normal Hardships or Problems or Tests. Holy Scripture did Ask concerning this, saying:
€ Do men Imagine that they will be left [ at ease ] because they say: € we believe', and will not be Tested with Affliction? Look! We Tested those who were before you. Thus Allah knows those who are sincere, and knows those who Feign€.- Holy Qur'an Chpt. 29 verses 2, and 3.
Commenting further, the Holy Scripture still stated clearly, saying:
€ Know that your possessions and your Children are a Test €¦ And Surely, We shall Try you with something of Fear and Hunger, and loss of Wealth and Lives and Crops €¦ Or do you think that you will Enter Paradise while yet there have not come to you the like of [ what came ] to those who passed away before you? Affliction and Adversity befell them. They were shaken as with Earthquake €¦ Beautified for Mankind is Love of the Joys [ that comes ] from women and offspring, and stored-up Heaps of Gold and Sliver €¦ That is Comfort of the Life of this World €¦ Every Soul will taste of Death €¦ The Life of this World is but Comfort of Illusions. Assuredly, you will be Tried in your Property and in your Person €¦ This Life of the World is but a Past-time and a Game. Look! The Home of the Hereafter - That is Life, if only they know €. - Holy Qur'an Chpt. 8 verse 28; Chpt. 2 verses 155, 214; Chpt. 3 verses 14,185, 186; and Chpt. 29 verse 64.
From these Scriptural Indications, the Life of this Material World is not Our Real Home. As Viceroys, every Human is, and can only be here on Earth for a very short period of time. It may be sweet. It may be bitter. It may even be bad or ugly; but every Human's Real Home is the Hereafter. In one of the Teachings of Prophet Muhammad [ s.a.w ] he Compare and Narrated of the Life of this Material World, saying:
€ Assuming that the Life of this World Worth a Wing of Mosquito; Almighty Allah will not Give even Water to those that do not Believe in Him€.
Here and Firstly, just Pause and Ponder and Re-weigh and Re-consider the whole of this World and all its Wealth and Riches and Beauties, belittled and compared to a just a Tiny Wing of a Mosquito. Okay!
Secondly; consider this tiny wing of a Mosquito being equitably Shared between all Nations; all Cities; all Communities; Street-by-Street; House-by-House, and Person-by-Person. Okay!!
Thirdly; as an Individual, what do you think is likely going to be your own Share out of this Tiny Wing of a Mosquito? €¦
Well, Prophet Muhammad [ s.a.w ] has it in another Teaching; saying:
€ Whoever Forgoes the Things of this World for the Sake of Allah, will have Abundance in the Hereafter; but whoever forgoes Allah for sake of things of this World will Never be Satisfied. And in the Hereafter, he or she will be of the Losers €.
Anyhow, God Almighty did not Create any Human Being that he or she should live on this Earth Forever. In the same vein, Whatever Situation or Position that an individual sees his or herself in this Earthling Life, is a Test. But know that Some Tests or Trials of this life Could be a Discipline. Some Could be to Prepare the person for something that is Bigger and Better. And some Could be a Warning. Bible Book of 1st Corinthians Chapter 10 verses 12 and 13 has it, saying:
€ Let him/her that thinks that he/she is standing take heed lest he/she falls. For there is no Trial [ Test ] that has ever touched you except such as is common to man. God is so Just that He will Never Suffer you to be Tried [ Tested ] above what you are able. With the Trial [ Test ] God will also make a way to escape, So that you will be able to bear it €.
In the same Tone, the Glorious Qur'an has it, saying:
€ Allah Does Not Burden any Soul Beyond its Scope. For it [ is only ] that which it has Earned, and against it [ is only ] that which it has Deserved €. - Holy Qur'an Chpt. 2 verse 286 and chpt. 23 verse 62.
In one of the Teachings of Christ Jesus [ a. s ], he gave a Narrative of the Things or say, of the Tests and Trials of this Life, saying:
€ There was a rich man whose manager was accused of wasting his possessions. So, the rich man called the manager and asked him: € What is it that I am hearing about you?. Give an account of your management, because you can no longer be my manager €. The manager said to himself: € What shall I do now? My master is taking away my job. I am not strong enough to dig, and I am ashamed to beg - I know what I will do so that when I lose my job here, people will at least, welcome me into their Houses '. So, he called in each of his masters Debtors, and asked the first: € How much do you owe my master?'.' Eight hundred gallons of olive Oil ',he replied. The manager told him: € Take your Bill, sit down quickly, and make it four hundred '. Then the manager asked the second Debtor: € And how much do you owe? €. € A thousand Bushels of Wheat €, he replied. The manager told him: € Take your Bill and make it Eight hundred €. Here, the master commended his Dishonest manger, for acting shrewdly. This is because the people of this World are far more shred in dealing with their own kind than are the people of the Light. But I tell you, use Worldly Wealth to Gain Friends for yourselves; so that when it is Gone, you will be welcomed into Eternal Dwellings €. - Bible Book of Luke Chpt. 16 verses 1 to 9.
In another Great Lessons on Life's Tests and Trials, we read that Prophet Moses [ a. s ] once Journeyed with an unknown Servant of God. And before they started out for the Journey, the Unidentified Servant of God did forewarn that Moses cannot bear with him, saying:
€ Well, if you are to go with me, do not Ask me Concerning anything till I myself make mention of it to you. So, the two set out [ for the Journey ] till when they were in a Ship, he [ the Servant of God ] made a Hole therein. [ Moses ] asked: have you made a Hole therein to drown the people thereon? Oh, You have done a dreadful thing! He [ the servant of God
€ Why do Bad Things ever happen to Nice People?
