- 1). Purchase a USB Bridge Cable at your local computer store or online. The USB Bridge Cable should be A/A type, rather than A/B type to ensure it fits into the USB port on both computers.
- 2). Install the software that accompanies the USB Bridge Cable onto both of the computers you are connecting. This step should occur prior to inserting the USB cable. Improper installation can result in a non working connection or in computer malfunction.
- 3). Insert the ends of the USB Bridge Cable into the USB ports of both of the computers to begin the connection.
