- 1). Insert the USB flash drive or USB hard drive cable into a USB port on the computer.
- 2). Open Windows Explorer by double-clicking "Computer" or by holding the Windows key and pressing "E."
- 3). Locate the ISO file you would like to copy to the flash drive or external hard drive.
- 4). Right-click on the ISO file and click "Copy."
- 5). Click on the removable USB device in the left-side bar of the Windows Explorer window.
- 6). Right-click in the USB device's window in Windows Explorer and click "Paste" to paste the ISO file to the USB device.
