How to Program Radio Stations on a 2006 Ford F150
- 1). Turn the F-150's ignition to "On" position, if needed.
- 2). Turn the radio on by pressing the button in the center of the volume knob, if needed. Press and release the "AM-FM" button until the band you would like to program appears on the screen -- AM, FM, FM1 or FM2. On radios fitted with satellite radio, press the "Aux" button until the desired satellite mode appears on the screen -- SAT1, SAT2 or SAT3.
- 3). Press the up or down arrow to locate the station frequency or satellite channel you want to program. Press and hold a preset number on the bottom part of the radio. Listen as the radio stops playing momentarily; when the radio starts playing again, you will have correctly programmed the station.
- 4). Repeat Steps 2 and 3 to program additional stations. Remember, you can only program one station per preset number.
