The Miracles Of Jesus And What The Scriptures Say About Them
"This beginning of miracles did Jesus in Cana of Galilee, and manifested forth his glory; and his disciples believed on him." John 2:11
But not all who saw the Savior's miracles believed in him. It should be noted that, after his crucifixion, even one of his apostles wanted to see the holes on Christ's hands where the nails went through before he believed that the Savior had, indeed, resurrected.
Are there any other stories of the Savior's miracles in the dance Bible verses?
Here is an inspiring one. A soldier of Roman descent was traveling to find medicine for his sick daughter. This soldier met the Savior, and he told the Savior his concern. The Savior then held his burdened shoulder and told him to run home back to his daughter. The soldier, worried and tired, decided to put faith in the Savior's words and ran back home. He found his daughter was well again just as the Savior had said. And this is just one of the Savior's many miracles in the Holy Scriptures.
"But I have greater witness than that of John: for the works which the Father hath given me to finish, the same works that I do, bear witness of me, that the Father hath sent me." John 5:36
Here is another story. Imagine how the blind man felt when the Savior healed his eyes which gave him vision for the first time in his life. Jesus spat on the dirt which he rubbed onto the blind man's eyes, and then told him to go to a lake and wash his eyes. Afterwards, the blind man opened his eyes, and he could finally see. The blind man praised the Creator for the miracle that the Savior brought unto him.
We have to remember that the Creator is the only reason why these miracles are possible. Without the Creator, there would be no miracles. Be thankful to the person who looked after you, but glorify only the Creator who is behind everything.
