    • 1). Make sure the headset is fully charged. Many devices won't sync with a headset unless it's fully charged. Simply connect the H700 to the power adapter it came with, then disconnect it when the charge light stops blinking.

    • 2). Put both devices in paring mode. Even though the headset or other device may be on, a link will not be formed unless both are in pairing mode. Your H700 is in pairing mode when the indicator light glows purple. When a link is successfully made, the indicator light will glow blue.

    • 3). Power off other devices that are synced with the device. If you have used this headset with other devices, it may try to re-sync with those devices and will not sync with a new device. Power off any previously-used devices and make sure your new device is the only one in pairing mode before continuing.
